  Formation Process
  • Formation process, the process before wet pressing, is the fundamental quality forming zone. The main process includes refining, sizing, and filler loading, and if necessary, adding dye and strengthening agent are also included in the process.
1.Pulper
Pulper dissolves lump of pulp sheets in water with high rotating intensity to prepare papermaking . The pulp is mainly cellulose material obtained from physically or chemically treated fibrous materials such as trees.
- Equipment : Hydropulper

2.High Density Cleaner
This cleaner removes unwanted materials such as wire and wood chip by centrifugal force.
- Equipment : High Density Cleaner

3.Refining
Pulps are refined between the sliding disk and the rotating disk to improve paper properties
- Equipment : Double Disk Refiner

4.Shading
Liquid dye adding process for colored paper. A color sensor measures paper color during dry adding process and controls the amount of dye to match colors.)

5.Mixing
The mixing process controls adding sizing material, filler, and retention aids to pulp with automatic system.
- Equipment : QCS (Quality Control System), DCS (Distributed Control System)
