1.Pulp & Paper making Lab.
Pulp & Paper making lab. equips handsheet making facilities. The following experiments can be done in the lab; beating pulp which is main material of paper, measuring consistency, separating fibers, drying handsheet, and calendaring.
As a specialty paper company in fancy and color paper area, Samwha paper co. is expert in color matching and developing color. Process improvement and product development are conducted here.

2.Analytical and Printing Lab
Thermal and chemical analysis for main/side material and products are conducted in the lab. using chemicals and related equipments. Because most Samwha products are printing papers these facilities are essential checking quality before shipping to customers. Many different methods are used to measure printing properties.

3.Temperature & humidity controlled room
The physical properties of paper are measured and analyzed under the constant temperature and humidity condition in this room. Analyzers and tester are equipped. Not only analyzing physical properties but also diagnosing other properties. Color matching can be conducted and optimum mixing ratio can be expected accurately.

4.Coating Lab
Coating color development is conducted in the lab. to represent optimum paper properties. Basic coating color properties are measured and evaluated here, therefore coater runnability can be expected. Various experiments are progressed for the best coating condition
